Materials You'll Need

New patio chair sling fabric
Measuring tape or ruler
Scissors
Cord or bungee lace
Screwdriver or wrench (if necessary)

Step 1: Measure and Cut the Fabric

Measure the width and length of the chair frame. Cut a piece of fabric that is slightly larger than these measurements. This will give you enough fabric to wrap around the frame and secure it.

Step 2: Remove the Old Sling

If the old sling is attached with screws or bolts, use a screwdriver or wrench to remove them. If the sling is held in place by bungee lace, simply loosen the lace and remove the sling.
